Moments In October

Happy Halloween! October has been a busy one for me, there's been withdrawing from university, a handful of interviews, turning 21 and landing a new job. Overall it's been a pretty good month! As I've said so many times, October is my favourite month of the year, it's when I like to get into the true spirit of Autumn and now that the clocks have turned back I am also looking forward to the upcoming Winter and Christmas festivities! I also feel like a lot has changed this month, my routine for starters, plenty of getting up at 6am which I'm not so bothered about now that the clocks have turned back so there will be some brighter mornings! And I sense a change in how I feel in general, I'm more positive with less stress and anxiety than I did before, I thank Autumn for that! So without any further ado here are some of my moments in October!

October Catch Up - Deciding To Leave University

Last month I decided to officially leave university. When I say officially, I mean this time I have made a permanent decision. The decision to leave happened the first two days into the induction week. Yep, that's right, I never even made it to the second week! If you don't know already (briefly mentioned in an old post), I started university last year and did the exact same thing, except I had decided to transfer to another university. When I transferred to my new university I studied one semester, just before starting the new one I completely lost interest and enthusiasm for the course, so I dropped out and transferred to another course at the same university. It's all very muddled and all over the place! But that brings us back to last month when I had started university again in a new course at the same university just about to start the induction week.

Autumn Wishlist

My favourite time of year to go shopping has to be Autumn and Winter, I'm not a big shopper but there's just something about these colder months that I love to shop about in. My current wishlist has a very distinct cosy theme to it! I'm definitely going to be buying lots of chunky knits, not that I have enough already, but you can't go through Autumn and Winter without a wardrobe full of cosy jumpers and cardigans.

Things To See & Do This Autumn

One of my favourite things about the chillier months is to be cosy. I love wrapping up in chunky knits and pyjama bottoms with a cup of tea and a couple of biscuits whilst I type away at my laptop or watch a couple films! Other than being cosy on a chilly Autumn day there are plenty of things to do this Autumn, so here are some of my favourites!
