Recently I have been...

A little round up of the last week or so >>

Reading: Always With Love by Giovanna Fletcher. I was given this book as a Christmas gift from my brothers, after reading Billy and Me I just had to put the next book on my Christmas list.

Re-watching: New Girl! Oh how I love New Girl. Season 6 please hurry up in the UK!

Wearing: Winter coats as it's been so cold for the past couple of weeks! And windy, oh that icy wind! So I've been wrapping up warm in my new duffle coat from ASOS which has the most cosiest and fluffiest hood ever! I look like a little Eskimo walking down the street, almost being blown over in the wind!

Loving: Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula hand cream. My hands have been so dry over the past couple of weeks, mainly due to the cold temperatures but this hand cream has seriously worked wonders, not to mention that is smells wonderful!

Starting: My driving lessons! I can't believe I've had my first driving lesson already, I was starting to get really anxious about it but once I was in the car I was calm and focused, so I'm rather proud of myself for just going for it.

Listening to: 'City of Stars' from La La Land. I adore this song so much. It's been playing on repeat on Spotify, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling are absolutely amazing!

Drinking: Plenty of smoothies, which I'm in need of the extra vitamins and a boost to get fend off this cold which doesn't seem to want to go away.

Baking: Cheese Straws which was a recipe I found in a magazine by Mary Berry and they went down a treat over the weekend. I think I'm going to be baking more savoury than sweet, I think I've seen enough chocolate over Christmas!

Playing: The Sims 4, I couldn't resist buying the Sims 4 when it was in the Black Friday sale. I used to play Sims 2 all the time when I was younger, but it's all completely changed and I love it!

Hoping: For more snow this year. It snowed last week but it wasn't enough and now all we have is a miserable rain. I miss looking out my bedroom window in the mornings to see a sheet of snow across the street and flurries falling from the sky.

Planning: For more blog posts of course, I have a bit of spare time on my hands right now so I am writing out what ideas I have for the next couple of blog posts!

What have you been up to lately?
