June Favourites

4 July 2016

June was a pretty rough month for me. A lot has happened and overall I just don't feel good from it all, hence very little posts in June. I'm still not feeling 100%, but as I mentioned in my previous post it helps to keep writing, which I'm hoping to stick at this month! Although June wasn't great, I've still managed to find a few favourite things that I bought when I was out and about. It's not much, but I wanted to post something as It's been a little too quiet over here!

So without further ado here are a few things from my June favourites!

Deep Moisture Body Lotion by Neutrogena

I have wanted this body lotion for ages! Every time I saw it in town It was priced at around £5 or £6, which I didn't really want to spend that much on a body lotion, especially when I ended up buying one and then not even using it because it irritated my skin. I was popped into Boots a couple of weeks a go and spotted this beauty in the sale down to £2.64, I couldn't say no to that price, especially for a 400ml bottle! The Neutrogena Norwegian Formula is for sensitive and dry skin, I use it after having a shower and it keeps my skin feeling super soft and moisturised. Not to mention you don't have to wait around ages before dressing as it dries pretty quick!

Sweet Williams

I can't not have a bunch of flowers in my room. They add a splash of colour to my white room and they really do boost your mood if your feeling under the weather. Not to mention they're pretty to look at and perfect for Instagram snaps! I was in Sainsbury's the other week, looking at all of the bunches of flowers and I came across a beautiful bunch of Sweet Williams. They come in an array of different colours with little pretty flowers that bloom close together. They're different from your usual bunch of Peonies and Roses, but they smell sweet and look stunning in a jar!

Mushroom Mug

Topshop has a big sale going on and I couldn't resist having a browse around in store. I am yet to find any clothes that I want but I came across this super cute Mushroom Mug which I saw online couple of months ago. It was a random purchase that I couldn't resist and after a rough month I needed a purchase to cheer me up!

Imperial Leather Shower Wash

I love a good shower gel, especially when it smells of beautiful. My current favourite from the Imperial Leather range is the Vanilla & Almond Milk. It's super nourishing and leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft. I also find the smells relaxing too, no wonder I spend ages in the shower!

Hope and Greenwood Sherbet Lemon

I found these sweets in Sainsbury's and couldn't resist a pack of sherbet lemons! I've always had a love for hard boiled sweets, bon bons, rhubarb and custard, apple cubes, butterscotch, you name it! There are plenty of different sweets to try so I'm definitely going to have to buy another pack (not to mention I also seriously love the packaging).
