Moments in September

30 September 2016

How quick has September passed? I can't believe how quick this month has gone, it's just flown by in a flash! It's been one of those months again for me, one of those months where there's always one problem followed by another, I think my family are always prone to having many different problems. However it's Autumn, my favourite season and I'm looking to make the next couple of months better ones. Here's some of the good moments in September!

1:: Watching the evenings get darker and not to mention watching the sky turn a beautiful pink colour.

2:: Seeing the first signs of Autumn. Conkers on the trees and leaves starting to turn orange!

3:: Starting my Autumnal baking. I've been making my signature gingerbread loaf which is the perfect Autumn afternoon treat with a cup of tea or coffee.

4:: Getting the chunky knits out ready for when the weather starts to get colder!

5:: Finally making the right decisions for once. I decided to withdraw from university and it's the best decision I've made in a while, there will be a post up and coming to follow the story.

6:: Finding out that Next stock pyjamas in petite, I can now finally buy pyjamas that actually fit me! I still love baggy pyjamas but not the 'pulling up bottoms every five minutes' kind.

7:: Seeing my little apple tree staring to grow. If you don't already know I planted seeds from a Pink Lady apple and amazingly one started to grow. Fingers crossed the slugs don't get hold of it!

8:: Finishing reading 'Billy and Me' by Giovanna Fletcher. I haven't read a book since last year so I'm glad I've got myself back into reading! Any suggestions for next month, let me know in the comments!

9:: Finally getting around to watching Captain America Civil War and oh my gosh what a great film! I do love a good Marvel film.

10:: Seeing a robin in the garden. There's this little robin that keeps hopping around the garden, I think it's the same one but there could be more!

  1. Awww it sounds like a lovely month was had! I'm really looking forward to hearing about your experience at uni and the decision to leave. How was "Billy and me" ? It's a book I've been thinking about buying for a while now. :)

    1. I'm looking forward to posting my updated university story which should be up and coming some time this month! 'Billy and Me' is a lovely book, I would recommend it if you like reading romantic novels :)
